We currently offer cleaning services in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb and Ingham counties, but are open to entertaining contracts outside these counties as well.
Our commercial cleaning services include (but are not limited to):
- Emptying all wastebaskets
- Detailed cleaning of bathrooms
- Supplying / stocking paper products in bathrooms and kitchens
- We provide our own cleaning supplies
- All dusting throughout office including ceilings, corners / edges of floors as well as corners / edges of desks in each office, tops of desks (if requested), picture frames, etc
- Wiping all surfaces, ledges, windowsills, etc
- Detailed and thorough cleaning of kitchen / snack room
- All floors vacuumed / swept / mopped
- Blinds dusted in common areas
- Glass doors cleaned inside and out
- Windows spot cleaned on inside
- Spot cleaning on carpets and walls (stains, coffee spills, etc)
For additional fees, some of the following services can be provided:
- Window cleaning (inside and outside)
- Carpets cleaned quarterly
- Floors waxed / polished quarterly
- Pressure washing
- Clearing out / cleaning of offices, storage spaces, etc
- Removal of unwanted items
- Dumpster / skid services
